Terms & Conditions — to178 Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on to178, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.
2. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether access to to178 is lawful in their jurisdiction. to178 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular territory.
5. You have not previously had an Account on to178 that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent conduct.
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of to178 or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.

to178 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including but not limited to a government-issued identity document, proof of age, and proof of address — at any time. Failure to supply requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on to178 at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances and Bonus Funds therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any detail change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. to178 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You agree to notify to178 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.

to178 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

All transactions on to178 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). to178 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by to178; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which to178 accepts no liability.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 across all methods. to178 does not charge processing fees on any deposit or withdrawal; however, to178 reserves the right to introduce fees upon advance notice to Players.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. to178 will not process any withdrawal from an Account that has not completed the required identity verification steps. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 15–45 minutes during WIB 09:00–21:00. Processing times are indicative only and may be extended during high-volume periods or for accounts requiring additional verification.

to178 reserves the right to request the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. All payments must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be refunded and the associated Account may be suspended.

to178 offers a range of promotions to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this clause and to any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer.

1. Eligibility: Promotions are available only to Players with verified Accounts who are not in breach of these Terms & Conditions. to178 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Unless stated otherwise, contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements vary: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and sports bets typically contribute at the rates stated on the promotion page.
3. One Bonus Per Household: Only one Account per household, IP address, device, or payment method is eligible to receive any given bonus promotion.
4. Abuse and Exploitation: to178 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel any pending withdrawal linked to bonus abuse, and suspend Accounts where it reasonably determines that a Player has exploited, manipulated, or otherwise abused any promotion. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to low-margin betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple Accounts, and coordinated activity with other Players.
5. Expiry: Bonus Funds and free spins that are not used or wagered through within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account Balance without notice.

All games available on to178 — including live casino, sportsbook, slots, in-play betting, roulette, and any other product offered from time to time — are supplied by third-party game studios and sportsbook providers. Each game operates under its own set of rules published by the relevant provider. to178 accepts no liability for errors or malfunctions arising from the systems of third-party game providers.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, the outcome will be determined by the provider's server logs. Where a bet cannot be completed due to a technical error, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. to178 reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, prices, or game parameters.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on to178 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions.
• Opening more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under any false, assumed, or third-party identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated means to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by to178.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity through the platform.
• Exploiting any software error, vulnerability, or undisclosed glitch to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be deducted from the Account Balance.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in any game where such collusion provides an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Providing false information at any stage of the KYC or account verification process.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization.

All content on the to178 platform — including but not limited to the to178 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of to178 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the to178 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the to178 platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to178 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the to178 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss arising from third-party payment processing delays or failures outside the direct control of to178.
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party game and content providers whose products are made available on the to178 platform.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including loss of Bonus Funds due to breach of promotion terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits to178's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data provided by Players is governed by the to178 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on to178, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

to178 processes personal data solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance. to178 does not sell personal data to third parties. All data is stored on encrypted servers with access controls consistent with enterprise-grade security standards.

to178 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to manage the time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion from to178. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or via live chat. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

to178 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
• Self-exclusion or responsible gaming interventions requested by or on behalf of the Player.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, in which case to178 will notify the Player by email before applying any inactivity fee or closing the Account.

Where an Account is closed by to178 for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any void Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through to178's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

to178's internal complaints procedure requires Players to submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. to178 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Where a dispute remains unresolved after the internal complaints procedure, the Player may escalate to the arbitration process described above.

to178 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, to178 will provide not less than 14 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on the to178 website and, where applicable, by sending an email notification to the registered email address associated with each active Account.

Continued use of the to178 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish, close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications of existing clauses, or updates required by regulatory change — may be made without advance notice and shall take effect upon publication.
